We employ only people that are on the top of their trade. Our employees have over
20 years experience on average, yet every one of them is eager to continue to
learn new techniques in their trade. This mix of experience and enthusiasm
translates into high quality tools and machining services.
We continue to seek and add state-of-the-art methods to
improve the current procedures we use. This includes everything from methods of
communicating and engineering through methods of purchasing and production to
methods of shipping and billing. We add things that make our cutting tools and
machining services better and things that make it easier for our customers to
do business with us.
We use only machinery capable of the exacting tolerances required by our
customers. We maintain the existing machinery to ensure that it continues to be
capable of meeting the demands of our customers and we add new machinery with
the same or better capabilities. This combination of existing, well maintained
equipment and new, technologically advanced machines results in high quality
tools and machining services.
There are procedures to make tools faster and there are processes
to make tools cheaper, but we are confident that there is no way to make tools
with higher quality or supply better machining services than those supplied by
QJ Tool & Machining, Inc.
